Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Digital Marketing Trainer with 3–5 years of relevant experience to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for delivering practical digital marketing training, developing training materials, mentoring students, and guiding them through real-time projects. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, industry tools, and current trends, along with excellent communication and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct practical training sessions on digital marketing concepts, tools, and strategies.
- Train students in Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), and social media marketing.
- Provide hands-on training in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
- Teach content marketing, email marketing, affiliate marketing, and lead generation techniques.
- Explain website optimization, keyword research, competitor analysis, and campaign management.
- Guide students in creating and executing real-time digital marketing campaigns.
- Train students in performance marketing, campaign tracking, and analytics reporting.
- Prepare training materials, presentations, assignments,



and practical exercises.
- Evaluate student performance through assessments, projects, and practical tasks.
- Mentor students on industry projects and support their career development.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and platform updates.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Search Console.
- Understanding of content marketing, email marketing, and lead generation.
- Familiarity with WordPress and website optimization.
- Knowledge of keyword research and competitor analysis tools.
- Good communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts through practical examples.

Experience

- 4–5 years of relevant experience in Digital Marketing, with hands-on campaign management experience.
- Prior experience as a Digital Marketing Trainer or Mentor is preferred.
