Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and creative Digital Marketing & Paid Ads Intern to support our digital marketing activities, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media management, and lead generation. This internship offers practical exposure to live campaigns and digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in creating, managing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns.
- Support Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns using Meta Ads Manager.
- Manage social media accounts, schedule posts, and monitor audience engagement.
- Assist in developing digital marketing strategies for brand awareness and lead generation.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
- Monitor campaign performance, clicks, conversions, and advertising costs.
- Prepare performance reports and identify opportunities to improve campaign results.
- Coordinate with content and design teams to create engaging ad creatives and social media content.
- Track leads and support campaigns focused on website traffic and business growth.




- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and advertising practices.

Required Skills

- Basic understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and social media platforms.
- Interest in paid advertising, performance marketing, and lead generation.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Google Analytics, or similar tools is an advantage.
- Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work on live projects.

Eligibility

- Freshers and candidates interested in digital marketing are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with relevant certifications, personal projects, or practical campaign experience will be preferred.
- A degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.

Internship Details

- Duration: 6 Months
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Working Hours: As per company policy
- Stipend: Performance-based, as per company policy

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
