Partners Advertising Private Limited is inviting applications from interested and qualified candidates for the position of Digital Marketing Manager. The ideal candidate will have experience in planning, executing, and managing digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. The candidate should possess a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, SEO, social media marketing, paid advertising, content marketing, and performance analytics, with the ability to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and achieve measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and client requirements.
- Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant digital channels.
- Manage social media marketing activities, including content planning, campaign execution, audience engagement, and performance monitoring.
- Oversee SEO and SEM activities to improve website visibility, organic traffic, search rankings, and lead generation.
- Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, audience targeting, bid optimization, and performance analysis.
- Develop and implement content marketing and email marketing strategies to attract, engage, and retain target audiences.
- Monitor campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Meta Business Suite, and other relevant marketing platforms.
- Analyze campaign data, prepare performance reports, and provide actionable recommendations to improve ROI and conversion rates.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience research to identify growth opportunities and emerging digital trends.
- Collaborate with content writers, graphic designers, video editors,



and client-servicing teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns.
- Manage client accounts, understand their marketing objectives, and ensure timely execution of deliverables.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, advertising policies, platform updates, and industry best practices.
- Manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously while ensuring quality, timely delivery, and achievement of performance targets.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in an advertising agency or a client-facing marketing setting.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, paid advertising, content marketing, and email marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics 4, and Google Search Console.
- Knowledge of campaign planning, audience targeting, conversion tracking, lead generation, and performance optimization.
- Ability to analyze marketing data, interpret campaign metrics, and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing KPIs, including CTR, CPC, CPA, conversion rates, ROAS, and ROI.
- Experience in managing marketing budgets, campaign timelines, and multiple client accounts.
- Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and project management skills.
- Creative thinking, problem-solving abilities, and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, lead cross-functional teams, and deliver results within deadlines.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and landing page optimization will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of Punjabi and Hindi will be a plus point.
