Hiring: Digital Marketing Manager – Paid Sales (Meta Ads)

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager specializing in Paid Sales and Meta Ads to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have a robust background in performance marketing, lead generation, and driving sales through paid campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
- Drive online sales and conversions through performance marketing campaigns.
- Develop strategies to convert paid leads into actual customers and sales.
- Monitor lead quality, follow-up performance, and conversion rates.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and improve ROI.
- Manage advertising budgets and optimize campaigns to reduce CPA and improve ROAS.
- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and A/B testing of creatives and ad copies.




- Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports on key metrics.
- Coordinate with the creative team to develop engaging ad creatives, videos, and promotional content.
- Identify new opportunities to scale paid sales campaigns.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 4–6 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing and paid advertising.
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Facebook/Instagram paid campaigns.
- Proven experience in generating sales and achieving conversion targets through paid ads.
- Good understanding of ROAS, ROI, CPC, CPM, CTR, and CPA.
- Experience in budget planning, campaign optimization, and performance analysis.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and tracking tools will be an advantage.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
