About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing. Candidates with prior experience in the hospital or healthcare industry are preferred. The candidate will be responsible for strengthening the hospital’s online presence, generating patient enquiries, promoting healthcare services, and improving digital engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote hospital services, specialities, doctors, and treatment facilities.
- Manage social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns through Meta Ads and Google Ads to generate patient leads.
- Develop strategies to improve website traffic, search rankings, and online visibility through SEO.
- Coordinate with content writers, graphic designers, and video editors to execute marketing campaigns.
- Create and implement digital campaigns for healthcare awareness, hospital promotions, and specific medical services.
- Monitor campaign performance, lead generation, patient enquiries, and advertising spend.




- Analyse marketing data and prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights.
- Support online reputation management and maintain consistent, qualified healthcare communication.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Prior experience in hospital or healthcare marketing is preferred.
- Practical knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, social media management, and lead generation.
- Ability to analyse campaign performance and optimise digital marketing strategies.
- Good communication, coordination, and time-management skills.
- A results-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.

₹25,000 per month
