About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing / Growth Marketing professional with hands-on experience in B2B marketing, paid campaigns, SEO and AI search optimisation (GEO). The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing digital campaigns, generating qualified B2B leads, improving search visibility and optimising marketing performance through data-driven strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute and optimise B2B digital marketing campaigns across LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads.
- Manage end-to-end campaign activities, including audience targeting, budget allocation, performance tracking and reporting.
- Conduct keyword research and implement on-page SEO, technical SEO fundamentals and content optimisation strategies.
- Improve organic search visibility and website performance using Google Search Console, GA4 and other SEO tools.
- Implement GEO strategies to improve brand visibility across AI-powered search platforms such as ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews and Perplexity.
- Develop and execute B2B lead generation strategies aligned with the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and business objectives.
- Create and optimise landing pages, lead funnels and conversion paths to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Plan and manage content calendars and coordinate content creation and execution across relevant digital channels.
- Analyse campaign performance, track KPIs and prepare regular reports with actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with sales and business teams to align marketing campaigns with lead generation and revenue goals.




- Manage website updates and basic CMS activities, ensuring SEO best practices are followed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in B2B digital marketing or growth marketing.
- Proven experience independently managing LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Strong understanding of SEO, including keyword research, on-page optimisation, technical SEO basics and content strategy.
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Search Console.
- Exposure to GEO and AI search optimisation strategies.
- Good understanding of B2B lead generation, audience segmentation and ICP-based marketing.
- Experience with landing pages, conversion rate optimisation (CRO) and lead funnels.
- Ability to manage content planning and execution independently.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign reporting and performance optimisation.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and website optimisation.
- Familiarity with SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, HubSpot or Zoho.
- Experience in B2B SaaS, technology, IT, events, business services, consulting or professional services.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- We are looking for candidates with practical execution experience in B2B digital marketing, paid campaign management, SEO and lead generation.
- Candidates whose experience is limited to e-commerce, D2C, social media management, content writing, SEO link-building or brand marketing without performance ownership may not be suitable for this role.
- Candidates who have only managed external agencies without personally executing campaigns are also not preferred.
