About the Role

Sunmount Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and motivated Digital Marketing Executive to manage the company’s online presence, create digital content and support marketing and lead-generation activities.

Key responsibilities

- Content and social media: Plan, create and publish content on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and WhatsApp; keep a monthly content calendar for each company.
- Design and video: Design posts, ads, catalogues, brochures and exhibition material; shoot and edit reels, product videos and site videos.
- Digital marketing: Run SEO, Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns; manage websites, Google Business Profiles and B2B portals such as IndiaMART.
- Email and WhatsApp marketing: Build segmented contact lists and run newsletters, product launches and offer campaigns.
- Database and leads: Build and maintain a database of customers and prospects; make sure every lead reaches the CRM with its source and is passed to sales promptly.
- Market research: Track competitors,



their products and prices; follow new solar products and technologies worldwide; benchmark our product portfolio against competitors and share a monthly/quarterly report.
- Exhibitions and meets: Ensure our participation, presence and complete preparation for exhibitions and dealer and installer meets, including stall branding, material, invitations, lead capture and follow-up.
- Reporting: Share a monthly report on leads, cost per lead, campaign results and social media growth.

Skills required
- Graduate; a background in marketing, mass communication, design or an MBA is preferred.
- Proficiency in design software such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or CorelDRAW.
- Proficiency in video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro or similar.
- Up to date with social media trends, formats and platform best practices.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO and Google Analytics.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PPT; AI Tools and CRM experience is a plus.
- Valuable written and spoken English and Hindi.
- Organised, curious and self-driven, with an eye for detail.
- Experience in solar, industrial or B2B marketing is a plus.
