We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who doesn’t just run campaigns but owns results.

What you’ll own

- End-to-end delivery of client ad campaigns, from strategy and setup to optimisation and reporting
- SEM (Google Ads): Search, Display, and Performance Max campaigns, keyword research, match types, negative keywords, ad copy, and bid strategy
- SMM (Meta Ads): Facebook and Instagram campaign setup, audience targeting, custom and lookalike audiences, creative testing, and budget optimisation
- Conversion tracking setup and checks using Google Tag Manager, GA4, and Meta Pixel
- Performance reporting on the metrics that matter: CPL, CPA, CTR, conversion rate, and ROAS
- Direct communication with clients and internal teams on results and next steps

What we’re looking for

- 2–3 years of hands-on experience running Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns (mandatory)
- Campaigns you’ve personally managed,



with results you can explain
- Working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, and Google Tag Manager
- Comfortable with numbers: you know why a campaign is working or not, and what to change
- Transparent communication, both written and verbal
- Someone who takes ownership: you spot problems, propose fixes, and see them through
