Role & responsibilities:

- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns and initiatives across relevant channels.

- Manage social media activities, content planning and regular communication.

- Create and coordinate marketing content for social media, website, email and other channels.

- Drive SEO activities and coordinate with external SEO agencies to improve website visibility.

- Plan and manage digital advertising campaigns and monitor performance.

- Execute email marketing and targeted digital outreach campaigns.

- Drive online lead generation initiatives and support the sales team with marketing leads.

- Coordinate with external agencies, designers, freelancers and other marketing partners.

- Manage website content, landing pages and other digital assets.

- Track campaign performance, website traffic, leads and other key marketing metrics.

- Research new digital marketing tools, platforms and opportunities to improve reach and lead generation.

- Prepare regular reports and provide insights on marketing performance and areas for improvement.





Requirements for this position include:

- Proven experience in performance marketing and lead generation using Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

- Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, and web analytics to track and optimise digital campaigns.

- Hands-on experience with social media marketing and email marketing for B2B engagement.

- Ability to analyse campaign data, measure ROI, and improve conversion rates.

- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms for lead nurturing.

- Robust strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with a results-driven approach.

- 0-2 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B software or tech solutions.

- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
