About the Company

Green Hive Hospitality LLP operates in the hospitality and tourism sector, managing multiple properties and brands. We are looking for a creative, result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to manage our digital presence, strengthen brand visibility, generate leads, and support business growth across multiple platforms.

Job Responsibilities

- Manage multiple social media accounts and digital platforms across the company's hospitality brands.

- Plan, prepare, and maintain a monthly social media content calendar.

- Handle Social Media Marketing (SMM) across Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.

- Implement Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies to improve website rankings and organic traffic.

- Create engaging content, including captions, promotional creatives, reels, stories, and campaign content.

- Plan, execute, and monitor Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for lead generation, bookings, and business growth.

- Manage and update company websites, including website content, landing pages, and basic SEO improvements.

- Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles (Google My Business), including updates, photos, posts, reviews, and business information.

- Monitor campaign performance, analyze marketing metrics, and prepare regular performance reports.

- Develop innovative digital marketing strategies to improve brand awareness, customer engagement, inquiries, and conversions.





- Coordinate with the content creation, design, sales, and reservation teams to execute marketing campaigns effectively.

- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platform algorithms, and industry best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in digital marketing.

- Practical knowledge of SMM, SEO, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.

- Experience managing multiple social media accounts and brand pages.

- Strong content creation, copywriting, and caption-writing skills.

- Knowledge of social media calendar planning and campaign management.

- Basic knowledge of website management, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Business Profile management.

- Ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize marketing strategies.

- Positive communication, creativity, time management, and organizational skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in hospitality, tourism, resorts, villas, or real estate marketing.

- Knowledge of lead generation, conversion optimization, and performance marketing.

- Familiarity with Canva or other content design tools.

- A portfolio of previously managed social media accounts or advertising campaigns will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
