Alight Consultants is looking for a creative and results-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to support our digital presence, brand awareness, and lead-generation initiatives.

Responsibilities

- Social Media Management: Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content for platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Content Creation: Prepare social media captions, basic creatives, blogs, website content, and campaign copy in line with brand guidelines.
- Digital Campaigns: Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns to improve reach, engagement, website traffic, and lead generation.
- SEO Support: Perform basic keyword research, on-page SEO checks, and content optimization to improve search visibility.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign and social media metrics, prepare regular reports, and suggest improvements based on results.
- Market &
- Competitor Research: Track digital trends, competitor activity, and relevant industry topics to identify content and campaign opportunities.
- Website &
- Brand Coordination: Support website updates and coordinate with design, technology, and business teams to ensure consistent brand communication.
- Lead Generation: Support digital initiatives aimed at generating relevant enquiries and nurturing potential business opportunities.

Essential Skills

- Digital Marketing Fundamentals:



Basic understanding of social media marketing, SEO, content marketing, and online advertising.
- Content &
- Communication: Good written communication, grammar, proofreading, and the ability to write transparent, engaging content.
- Social Media Platforms: Familiarity with LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook business pages and their content formats.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to understand basic performance metrics and use data to improve content and campaigns.
- Creativity &
- Organization: Creative thinking, attention to detail, time management, and ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Tools: Familiarity with Canva and tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta Business Suite, or similar platforms is an advantage.

Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: 6 months to 1 year of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or a related role.
- Portfolio: Examples of social media content, campaigns, blogs, or other relevant work are an advantage.
- Learning Mindset: Willingness to learn new tools, follow digital marketing trends, and improve campaign performance.
