We are hiring Digital Image Specialists / Digital Artists / 3D Artists for a short-term AI Evaluation and Digital Asset Creation project with a global AI technology partner.

Role: Digital Image Specialist

Experience: Freshers and Experienced Candidates

Mode: Remote

Engagement: Short-Term Contract – Pay Per Task

Mandatory Eligibility Criteria

Technical Qualifications:

- Strong skills in digital art, stylized 3D modeling, and digital asset creation.
- Ability to create high-quality stylized 3D models and digital assets based on briefs and reference images.
- Knowledge of low-poly, voxel, handcrafted, and material-driven art styles.
- Ability to create and recreate realistic materials and textures, including clay, fabric, paper, and textiles.
- Understanding of 3D modeling, texturing, topology, UV mapping, lighting, shading, and rendering.
- Familiarity with tools such as Blender, ZBrush, Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, 3ds Max, or Cinema 4D.
- Understanding of material creation, visual storytelling, and asset optimization.
- Ability to create consistent asset variations and incorporate feedback.
- Familiarity with relevant plugins, scripts, and Non-Photorealistic Rendering (NPR) workflows is preferred.

Educational Qualification:

- Candidates with any graduation degree or educational background are eligible to apply.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- A strong portfolio showcasing digital artwork, stylized 3D models, and creative assets is essential.




- No prior professional experience is required.

Availability:

- Full-time availability is preferred, with the ability to work up to 40 hours per week.
- Part-time candidates working up to 20 hours per week are also welcome, provided they can complete up to 10 tasks per day.
- Candidates should be available for the 12-week remote engagement.
- Start work after successful portfolio review and onboarding approval.

Others:

- Personal laptop/desktop with the required digital art or 3D design software.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection.
- Strong attention to detail, communication, and time-management skills.
- Ability to document workflows and incorporate review feedback.
- Willingness to complete the portfolio review process before onboarding.

What You’ll Work On:

- Create high-quality stylized 3D models, digital artwork, and creative assets.
- Develop assets in low-poly, voxel, handcrafted, and material-driven styles.
- Recreate and refine textures such as clay, fabric, paper, and textiles.
- Apply appropriate topology, UV mapping, lighting, shading, and rendering techniques.
- Create material variations and optimize assets for production requirements.
- Follow project briefs and visual references to ensure consistency and quality.
- Document workflows, review feedback, and refine assets based on evaluation requirements.
