Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Dialer Executive with hands-on expertise in the Ameyo Dialer, BPO voice process operations, data churning, and campaign strategy. The candidate will be responsible for managing dialer operations, optimizing calling campaigns, maintaining data quality, and ensuring smooth connectivity and productivity for calling teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and monitor daily dialer operations using the Ameyo Dialer.
- Configure and execute outbound and inbound calling campaigns.
- Perform data churning, data segmentation, cleansing, and uploading for campaigns.
- Develop and implement effective campaign strategies to improve contact rates and agent productivity.
- Manage campaign setup, routing, skill creation, agent ID creation, and user access.
- Monitor dialer performance, call connectivity, abandonment rates, and agent utilization.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly dialer performance reports.
- Coordinate with operations, IT, and calling teams to resolve dialer-related issues.




- Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements to increase connect rates and conversions.
- Ensure accurate campaign configurations and adherence to operational requirements.

Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with Ameyo Dialer.
- Strong knowledge of BPO voice process operations.
- Expertise in data churning, data management, and campaign planning.
- Knowledge of campaign creation, routing, skill creation, and agent ID management.
- Understanding of outbound and inbound dialer operations.
- Experience in report generation and performance analysis.
- Good analytical, troubleshooting, and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of Excel and dialer MIS reporting is preferred.

Educational Qualification Graduate in any discipline; relevant BPO dialer operations experience is preferred.

Experience Required

2–6 years of experience in dialer operations within a BPO or call center workplace, preferably with hands-on Ameyo Dialer experience.
