Job Summary Desktop Support / Networking Intern

Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. Job Type: Full time. Experience: Fresher.

Responsibilities

- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Provide technical support to users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Assist in setting up and maintaining LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and network devices.
- Monitor network performance and report connectivity issues.
- Configure and troubleshoot operating systems (Windows/Linux).
- Support software installation, updates, and system maintenance.
- Manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.




- Assist in data backup and recovery activities.
- Coordinate with senior engineers for issue resolution and project tasks

Requirements

- Basic knowledge of Computer Hardware and Operating Systems.
- Understanding of Networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN).
- Familiarity with routers, switches, and Wi-Fi configuration.
- Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows environment.
- Valuable communication and teamwork skills.
