Role Description The Desktop Publishing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Ghazipur. This role is responsible for designing, formatting, and producing print-ready and digital educational materials, including study guides, worksheets, brochures, and other institute-related documents. Day-to-day tasks include laying out text and graphics, maintaining visual consistency across materials, preparing files for printing, and ensuring brand standards are applied to all content.

The specialist will collaborate with faculty and administrative staff to understand content needs, make revisions based on feedback, and deliver accurate, visually clear materials within deadlines.



The role also involves organizing design assets, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and ensuring all outputs meet quality and readability standards.

Qualifications

- Solid skills in Desktop Publishing and document layout, with the ability to produce clean, print-ready files.
- Experience in Corporate Identity, ensuring materials align with brand guidelines and visual standards.
- Proficiency in Graphic Design and working with Graphics for educational and marketing materials.
- Ability to design and format Brochures and other promotional collateral for the institute.
- Proficiency with desktop publishing and design software (e.g., Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar tools).
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with educators and administrative staff.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field; prior experience in an educational or retail environment is an advantage.
