Key Responsibilities

- Design heat exchangers, evaporators, and condensers (tube-and-fin type).
- Develop designs for HVAC systems and refrigeration units.
- Handle RFQs (Requests for Quotation) and propose alternative design solutions.
- Use Unilab coil simulation software for coil selection and performance analysis.
- Lead, manage, and guide the design team to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Allocate design tasks to team members and monitor their progress.
- Review and verify team members' designs, 3D models, and 2D drawings to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior design engineers.
- Monitor team performance and ensure project deadlines are met.
- Coordinate with the manufacturing team for new product development and design improvements.
- Communicate with customers regarding technical specifications, design parameters, and testing requirements.
- Develop new product and component designs, including 3D models and 2D drawings.
- Provide technical support to the business development team for customer requirements and new business opportunities.

Required Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD.




- Familiarity with product design software and analytical tools.
- Team leadership, task delegation, and team management skills.
- Good problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Educational Qualifications Candidates with any of the following qualifications are eligible:
- B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics, Automobile, Production / Industrial Engineering, or Metallurgy.
- Diploma in the above-mentioned engineering disciplines.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- 27 years of relevant experience in design engineering, preferably in HVAC coil manufacturing or heat exchanger design.
- Experience in handling and managing a team of design engineers.
- Practical experience with SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of HVAC coil design, thermal performance, and manufacturing processes.
- Experience with Unilab coil simulation software will be an added advantage.
- Ability to coordinate with internal departments and ensure timely project execution.

Compensation & Benefits Annual Salary: Rs 4,20,000 ~5,20,000 (in hand)

Performance Incentives: up to 25% of annual salary (1,05,000-1,35,000)

Annual Leave: 21 days
