Responsibilities

Position Summary

Engineering Design &

- Drawing Management

- Support the engineering team with component drawings.
- Develop manufacturing drawings in accordance with applicable standards.
- Utilize engineering software/applications to read, interpret, and develop technical designs.
- Maintain complete internal engineering drawings and assembly deviation records.
- Manage technical releases for drawings, designs, and product documentation.
- Ensure technical accuracy and compliance of engineering documentation.

Product Development &

- Prototype Management

- Carry out turn-key engineering based on field inputs received from the sales team.
- Finalize prototype designs based on application requirements and customer inputs.
- Manage prototype production and ensure technical compliance.
- Control and monitor the prototype development process up to mass production.
- Construct developed systems and guide technicians during system build and assembly.
- Ensure the design is feasible for manufacturing, assembly, and field application.

Value Engineering &

- Product Improvement

- Work on value engineering initiatives to reduce product cost and improve design performance.
- Upgrade products to reduce service failures and overall cost.
- Drive continuous improvement, research, and development of products.
- Collaborate with competence centers, suppliers, and internal teams for product enhancement.
- Support product reliability improvement based on field performance and service feedback.

Manufacturing, Sourcing &

- Supply Chain Support

- Provide support to local manufacturing and sourcing activities.
- Interface with outside vendors for component selection, manufacturing, and assembly.




- Provide technical purchase specifications to the supply chain team.
- Support supplier development and technical clarification for bought-out components.
- Ensure selected components meet design, quality, and application requirements.

Technical Compliance &

- Competency Management

- Ensure technical compliance of designs, prototypes, and released products.
- Guard and maintain technical competence within the assigned product/application area.
- Ensure designs follow applicable industry, company, and customer standards.
- Review technical deviations and support corrective actions where required.

Customer &

- Field Technical Support

- Provide field support through technical presentations at customer locations.
- Attend customer design review meetings and support technical discussions.
- Make technical presentations demonstrating how products meet client needs.
- Solve client technical problems related to product design, performance, or application.
- Provide after-sales technical support services.

Sales, Application Engineering &

- Commercial Support

- Support the sales team with technical inputs for current product or cooler development.
- Analyze costs and sales data to support quotation preparation.
- Assist in preparing technical and commercial proposals.
- Support negotiations and closure of sales by agreeing on technical terms and conditions along with the sales team.
- Translate customer requirements into feasible engineering solutions.

Marketing &

- Business Development Support

- Attend trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events.
- Represent the company’s technical capabilities during customer-facing events.
- Support marketing and sales teams with product knowledge and application expertise.
