- Create 3D models using CATIA V5 Part Design and Generative Shape Design (GSD).
- Develop and modify complex surfaces using Sweep, Multi-Section, Fill, Blend, Trim, and Join.
- Maintain G0, G1, and G2 surface continuity as per design requirements.
- Prepare 2D engineering drawings with dimensions and GD&T.;
- Perform CAD model validation, gap checks, and assembly interference checks.
- Ensure design feasibility according to manufacturing requirements.
- Implement engineering changes and maintain CAD data revisions.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve design issues and meet project deadlines.
