Job highlights

- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Agricultural Engineering with 5–12 years in agricultural machinery design

- Create 3D CAD models, develop BOMs, conduct benchmarking, prepare SOR, generate validation plans, support prototypes, plan trials, analyze data, and coordinate product launch

Key Responsibilities

- Create 3D CAD models, assemblies and manufacturing drawings.

- Develop concepts, layouts, BOMs and engineering documentation.

- Conduct competitor benchmarking and product performance analysis.

- Prepare Statements of Requirement (SOR) for recent products and proprietary components.

- Generate DVP&R;, validation plans and test procedures.

- Support prototype build, troubleshooting and design reviews.

- Plan and execute laboratory and field trials across different crop and soil conditions.

- Analyze test data and implement design improvements.

- Coordinate with Manufacturing, Sourcing, Quality and Agronomy teams for product launch.

- Drive cost reduction, value engineering and product reliability improvements.

Qualifications & Experience

B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Agricultural Engineering. 5–12 years of experience in agricultural machinery design and development.
