Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Descaling Team Supervisor to manage on-site descaling operations, supervise technicians and helpers, ensure safety compliance, and complete industrial descaling work efficiently at customer sites.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage the descaling team at customer sites.
- Plan and execute descaling activities for heat exchangers, chillers, boilers, pipelines, and other industrial equipment.
- Ensure proper chemical handling, dilution, circulation, and cleaning procedures.
- Monitor descaling work quality and ensure timely project completion.
- Follow safety procedures while handling descaling chemicals and operating equipment.
- Ensure proper use of PPE and maintain site safety standards.
- Coordinate with customers, site engineers, and the service team.
- Maintain daily work reports, chemical consumption records, and site activity reports.




- Identify operational issues and take corrective action when required.
- Manage team discipline, attendance, tools, equipment, and materials at the site.

Required Qualifications
- ITI / Diploma / Graduate in Chemistry, Mechanical, Chemical, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in industrial descaling, chemical cleaning, or water treatment services will be an advantage.
- Good team management and communication skills.
- Knowledge of industrial chemicals and chemical safety procedures.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites and work overnight when project requirements demand.

Experience 2–5 years of relevant experience preferred.
