Role Description The Design Drafter is a full-time, on-site role based in Haryana, India. This role is responsible for preparing detailed technical and architectural drawings that support engineering projects across simulation, ventilation, and acoustic design domains. Day-to-day activities include developing and revising CAD drawings, ensuring that designs meet project specifications and applicable standards, and coordinating with engineers to translate conceptual designs into accurate, buildable documentation.

The Design





Drafter will organize drawing files, maintain version control, and collaborate with project teams to resolve design issues in a timely manner. The role also involves supporting proposal documentation and ensuring that drawings are optimized for cost-effective manufacturing and installation.

Qualifications

- Ability to create precise Technical Drawing and general Drawing documentation for engineering and product applications.
- Proficiency in preparing and interpreting Engineering Drawings aligned with mechanical, HVAC, and ventilation system requirements.
- Experience producing accurate Architectural Drawings that integrate with structural and building services layouts.
- Solid skills in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools for 2D and 3D drafting and modeling.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Mechanical, Civil, Architectural, or related Engineering discipline.
- Attention to detail, strong spatial visualization skills, and the ability to follow and apply technical standards and codes.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- Prior experience in HVAC, ventilation, acoustic systems, or building services design is an advantage.
