Roles & Responsibilities -

Act as the dermatology and skin-health expert for all products formulated by the R&D; team.

Review and provide clinical inputs on formulations for skin, hair, and overall health.

Evaluate formulations from a dermatological perspective, including safety, efficacy, tolerability, and suitability for different consumer needs.

Partner closely with R&D;, formulation, product, and other cross-functional teams to develop high-efficacy formulations.

Provide expert guidance on ingredients, actives, claims, product positioning, and potential skin/hair concerns.

Support the development and evaluation of ingestible products and other health-focused innovations, ensuring appropriate dermatological and health considerations.

Act as the skin and hair health expert for Honasa employees, providing guidance and education related to the use of Honasa products.





Help establish scientific and clinical standards for product development

Qualification -

MBBS + MD in Dermatology, Venereology & Leprosy or equivalent recognized qualification.

2–4 years of relevant experience; candidates with strong academic/clinical backgrounds are welcome.

Strong understanding of dermatology, skin biology, hair health, cosmetic ingredients, and product formulation.

Interest in consumer health, beauty, wellness, and evidence-based product innovation.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional R&D; environment.

Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Passion for building protected, effective, and scientifically credible products.
