Position: Field Sales Officer (FLS) - Home Loans

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Generate leads for home loan business through open market, referrals, and channel partners.
- Meet prospective customers and explain home loan products.
- Collect and verify customer documents for loan processing.
- Coordinate with credit and operations teams for loan approval and disbursement.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Eligibility:

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0-3 years of experience in sales, BFSI, or home loan sales.
- Positive communication and customer handling skills.
- Must own a two-wheeler and be willing to travel locally.
