Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Deputy Manager – Warehouse to lead and oversee end-to-end warehouse operations, inventory management, material planning, logistics coordination, and warehouse team management. The candidate must possess strong expertise in SAP Warehouse Management (WM/MM), inventory control, process optimization, and warehouse compliance to ensure efficient material handling and stock accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage overall warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, dispatch, and logistics coordination.
- Ensure optimum utilization of warehouse space and resources.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records through SAP.
- Lead material inward and outward processes while ensuring timely availability of materials.
- Implement and monitor inventory control practices such as FIFO, FEFO, and ABC Analysis.
- Conduct periodic stock audits, cycle counts, and reconciliation activities.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Planning, Projects, Production, and Logistics teams for seamless material flow.




- Generate and analyze inventory, warehouse, and KPI reports through SAP.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, warehouse procedures, and statutory requirements.
- Drive warehouse process improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity, and cost optimization.
- Manage warehouse manpower, including Storekeepers, Warehouse Supervisors, and Operators.
- Ensure adherence to EHS standards and maintain a safe working environment.
- Handle third-party logistics vendors and transportation activities.
