To drive business development, RFQ management, product costing, current project acquisition, vendor development, raw material cost control, and project commercialization for automotive sheet metal, stamping, welding, painting, assembly, and chassis components.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop new business opportunities and maintain relationships with OEMs customers.
- Manage RFQs, conduct technical feasibility assessments, prepare product cost sheets, and submit competitive quotations.
- Coordinate commercial negotiations, pricing approvals, and new project acquisition.
- Manage project costing, budgeting, investment planning, profitability analysis, and commercialization.
- Identify and develop suppliers for sub-components, bought-out parts, and outsourced processes.
- Coordinate raw material procurement, price negotiations, material utilization, scrap management, and inventory reconciliation.
- Monitor project costs, budgets, material consumption, and cost variances.
- Prepare MIS reports covering sales, RFQs, quotations, project profitability, vendor development, and inventory.
- Coordinate with engineering, production, quality, purchase, stores,



and finance teams for project execution.
- Maintain commercial documentation, costing records, and ERP data using Tally, and MS

Excel.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Production, Automobile, Engineering

Required Experience & Skills

- 8-10 years of experience in automotive component manufacturing, sales, costing, and new project development.
- Practical knowledge of sheet metal, stamping, welding, painting, assembly, and chassis components.
- Experience in RFQ evaluation, product costing, commercial negotiations, vendor development, and customer coordination.
- Knowledge of raw material procurement, inventory control, reconciliation, budgeting, and MIS reporting.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, presentation, and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Good Experience in customer and Vandor Handling.
- Knowledge of Marathi is an added advantage, particularly for supplier and plant coordination in Maharashtra.
