About the Opportunity

We are partnering with a leading full-service accounting and advisory firm to recruit an experienced Deputy Manager – Legal Sector specialising in Class Action Settlement Administration and Claims Management.

This is an excellent prospect for a professional with strong project management and team leadership capabilities to oversee legal administration projects, coordinate stakeholder communications, and support the delivery of settlement administration services.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and coordinate class action settlement administration and claims management projects.
- Oversee digital content and communications across websites, online claims forms, and other communication channels under direct supervision.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with vendors, users, clients, and internal colleagues across various project-related matters.
- Coordinate project activities, monitor deliverables, and support the timely execution of project milestones.
- Support team management, workflow coordination, and the delivery of high-quality client services.
- Assist with legal administration consulting and advisory activities, ensuring effective project coordination and stakeholder engagement.





Key Requirements

- Strong experience in project management, particularly in class action settlement administration and claims management.
- Experience in team management, with the ability to coordinate resources and support team performance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in legal administration consulting, advisory services, or legal administration project management.
- An academic background or relevant knowledge of legal administration will also be considered.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience working with the US market would be an advantage.
