- Implement SOP's to build safe working environment in packing & AFM Hub by adhering to safety norms and procedures

- Implement SOP's for packing process in receiving goods and for ensuring on time dispatches to maximize customer satisfaction

- Monitor and control packing cost/piece

- Ensure timely supplies to customers and execute dispatches for AFM and OES

- Implement, review & monitor TS 16949, ISO 14001, TQM in packing as per company guidelines

- Prepare annual and monthly packaging, pallets repair & maintenance, capital expenditure, expenditure budgets and conduct gap analysis on monthly basis

- Plan and develop required skills in team members as per defined roles and responsibility

- Provide necessary trainings to team members on periodic basis

- Provide and ensure proper feedback through efficient and open lines of communication





- Implement SOPs to ensure safe working environment by adhering to defined safety norms and procedures

- Monitor repair & maintenance cost for steel pallets and simultaneously design & ensure availability of pallets on time for recent models

- Monitor the modification in existing pallets for better serviceability & reduction in transport cost & pallet R&M; cost

- Ensure better services to customer in terms of pallets & customer claims settlement related to packaging

- Co-ordinate with all plants in order to ensure the effective rotation of steel pallets and ensure improved supportability to production in pallet availability
