: Data Entry Operator & MIS Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

Data Entry and Updates:

- Accurately input and update data in Google Sheets.
- Perform data validation to maintain accuracy and completeness.

MIS Reporting:

- Generate and update MIS reports using Google Sheets.
- Analyze data and provide actionable insights for management.

Data Management, Privacy and Security:

- Organize and manage datasets for easy access and retrieval.
- Perform regular data backups to ensure data integrity.
- Ensure compliance with data protection policies and safeguard sensitive information.
- Resolve data discrepancies and troubleshoot issues in reports or datasets promptly..

Support Functions:

- Assist in developing dashboards, trackers, and advanced reports in Google Sheets..
- Support other teams with data-related tasks.




- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks in Google Sheets using formulas, macros, or scripts.

Key Skills and Qualifications

- Educational Qualification: Any graduate (preferred in Commerce, IT, or a related field).

- Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Google Sheets (including advanced formulas, pivot tables, data validation, conditional formatting, etc.).
- Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting.
- Experience: Minimum 2 year in data entry and/or MIS reporting roles.

- Soft Skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
