Role Description The Deployment Strategist is a full-time role based in India (Mumbai/ Bangalore) or UAE (Dubai). Deployment strategists own the problem inside each institution we work with. You sit with executives, find the critical function where AI can change the economics, and design the engagement that proves it. Then you stay with it, alongside our embedded engineers, from first design to full operation, until the result shows in the numbers.

This is not a sales role, and it is not a consulting role. You are accountable for a working system and the result it produces.

What you will do

- Meet executives in financial services, healthcare and commerce, and get to the operation behind their question: how work moves, what it costs, where it breaks.




- Size the value in a function in plain numbers, and agree the baseline we will be measured against.
- Scope the first engagement: one critical function, proved in production.
- Work with our engineers on the data, architecture and methods, and translate between the institution’s teams and ours.
- Run the engagement week to week: decisions, risks, stakeholders and results.
- Find the next function and build the case to extend.
- Bring what you learn back into how we build.

What we are looking for

- 3–8 years in strategy or operations consulting, private-equity value creation, or an operating role where you owned a process or P&L; line at scale.
- You can model the economics of a workflow from scratch and defend it in front of a CFO.
- You are comfortable with data. You can work in SQL or a notebook, and you understand how machine-learning and language models behave well enough to scope them honestly.
- Transparent, short writing. Composure with senior people. A habit of doing the work yourself.
- Experience in financial services or healthcare operations is a plus.
- You are willing to spend much of your week with the institutions we serve.
