Role Description The Dental Practitioner role at Cosmodent India is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram.

The Dental

Practitioner will perform routine and advanced dental procedures, including examinations, diagnosis, treatment planning, and delivery of restorative and cosmetic treatments.

Responsibilities include managing patient consultations, maintaining accurate clinical records, ensuring adherence to infection control protocols, and coordinating with the support team to provide efficient patient care. The role involves educating patients on oral hygiene, treatment options, and preventive care,



while maintaining a compassionate and professional chairside manner.

The Dental

Practitioner is expected to participate in continuous learning, follow clinical guidelines, and contribute to the overall quality and reputation of the clinic.

Qualifications

- Professional dental qualifications such as BDS or MDS from a recognized institution, with valid registration with the Dental Council of India.
- Clinical skills in general dentistry, including diagnosis, restorative treatments, endodontics, prosthodontics, and basic orthodontic procedures.
- Experience or strong interest in cosmetic and aesthetic dentistry, including smile makeovers, tooth whitening, and related procedures.
- Proficiency in using modern dental equipment, digital radiography, and other hi-tech clinical tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and team members.
- Attention to detail, commitment to infection control standards, and adherence to clinical safety protocols.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced clinical environment and manage time and appointments efficiently.
- Prior experience in a multi-specialty or high-volume dental clinic is an advantage; familiarity with ISO-certified clinical practices is beneficial.
