Job Title: Dental Assistant

Job Summary A Dental Assistant supports dentists in delivering high-quality oral healthcare by preparing patients, assisting during procedures, maintaining equipment, and ensuring a clean and organized clinical setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the dentist during various dental procedures (e.g., fillings, extractions, root canals).

- Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment.

- Take and develop dental X-rays (if certified).

- Prepare patients for treatment and ensure their comfort.

- Maintain patient records and update medical history.

- Provide post-treatment care instructions to patients.

- Manage appointment scheduling and patient flow.

- Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols.





- Maintain inventory of dental supplies and place orders when needed.

Experience

- 0–2 years of experience (entry-level roles may accept freshers).

- Prior clinical or dental office experience is an advantage.

Working Conditions

- Work in dental clinics.

- May require standing for long periods.

- Exposure to clinical tools and materials (with safety protocols).

Salary (India - Indicative)

- ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month + PF and ESIC (varies by city, experience, and clinic).

Pay: ₹8,600.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
