About the Role

Cyient is looking for an experienced DeltaV Engineer to join our team in Hyderabad. You will work on customer automation projects covering design, commissioning and validation of DCS systems in regulated industries.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and develop DeltaV Control Modules (CM), Equipment Modules (EM), Phase Classes and Recipes

- Work on automation design, commissioning, FAT/SAT and loop testing

- Perform validation activities (IQ, OQ, PQ) in line with GxP, GAMP 5 and 21 CFR Part 11

- Troubleshoot process control systems and field instrumentation issues

- Support system upgrades, plant commissioning and operational efficiency projects

- Work independently on customer projects and deliver quality output





- Communicate directly with customers and coordinate with team members

- Travel to customer sites when required

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation or Computer Engineering

- Minimum 6+ years of hands-on experience in DeltaV / DCS

- Robust knowledge of DeltaV v15/v16, PK Controllers, SIS and MES interfaces

- Valuable understanding of ISA S-88 / S-95 standards

- Experience in pharma / life sciences automation is preferred

- Good communication skills for customer interaction

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,700,000.00 per year
