Job Overview

Fresa Technologies is looking for skilled professionals to join our Quality Delivery team to ensure the quality, accuracy, and reliability of software releases. The team will be responsible for validating change requests, conducting functional and regression testing, and ensuring application readiness before customer delivery and production deployment across Fresa Gold and Fresa Global.

Roles and Experience

- Delivery Quality Lead – 1 Position: 3–5 years of experience in Software QA / Functional Testing.
- Delivery Quality Analyst – 2 Positions: 2–3 years of experience in Functional Testing / ERP Application Validation.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute functional testing and validation of software change requests and patch releases.
- Prepare and maintain test cases, checklists, and test documentation.
- Perform end-to-end business workflow testing and regression testing.
- Validate application functionalities, including job creation, invoicing, customs documentation, shipment tracking, and reports.
- Identify, document, track, and reproduce software defects with clear steps and supporting evidence.
- Verify bug fixes and coordinate with the Development team for issue resolution.
- Conduct release validation and ensure quality standards are met before deployment.
- Maintain testing records, validation reports, and release sign-off documentation.
- For the Lead role,



assign testing tasks, review test coverage, monitor defects, coordinate release sign-offs, and guide Quality Analysts.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Commerce, or a related discipline.
- Experience in functional testing, regression testing, test case preparation, and defect tracking.
- Understanding of SDLC, UAT, and software defect life cycles.
- Positive analytical skills, attention to detail, and documentation abilities.
- Basic SQL knowledge for database validation is an added advantage.
- Experience with defect tracking tools such as Jira, Mantis, or similar systems is preferred.
- Knowledge of ERP applications, freight forwarding, logistics, supply chain, or customs workflows is an added advantage.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.

Additional Requirements for the Lead Role:

- Experience in leading functional testing and release validation activities.
- Strong task management, team coordination, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Ability to review test coverage, coordinate defect resolution, and ensure release readiness.

Preferred Experience Candidates with experience in ERP applications, logistics software, freight forwarding systems, or business application testing will be preferred.
