Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager Cloud & Managed Services to lead 24x7 IT operations across cloud, hybrid on-premises and database environments. The role will be responsible for service delivery, SLA compliance, customer governance, operational excellence and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end delivery of IT operations and managed services.
- Manage 24x7 support operations and ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs and contractual commitments.
- Provide delivery leadership across AWS and/or Azure cloud, hybrid on-premises infrastructure and database services.
- Drive ITIL processes, including incident, problem, change and service-request management.
- Lead major-incident management, customer escalations and root-cause analysis.
- Establish effective governance mechanisms, service reviews and management reporting.
- Monitor service performance and implement continual service-improvement initiatives.
- Manage resource planning, shift coverage, capacity and team performance.
- Drive automation,



service reliability, operational efficiency and cost optimisation.
- Manage delivery risks, commercial commitments and customer expectations.
- Build strong relationships with customers, technical teams and senior stakeholders.
- Coach delivery and operations teams to ensure service quality and accountability.

Required Experience and Skills

- 10+ years of experience in IT operations or managed services.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a delivery leadership role.
- Proven experience managing 24x7 operations against defined SLAs.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and service-management best practices.
- Working knowledge of AWS and/or Azure, hybrid infrastructure and databases.
- Strong commercial, governance and management-reporting skills.
- Experience managing distributed infrastructure and operations teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Robust stakeholder management, customer-facing and escalation-handling capabilities.

Required Certifications

- ITIL 4
- PMP or PRINCE2
- AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner or Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900)

Preferred Background

- Prior experience working in an IT services or managed-services organisation.
- Experience handling enterprise customers and complex service-delivery engagements.
- Exposure to cloud operations, automation, security, compliance and cost management.
