Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and motivated Data Sourcing Executive to support our data acquisition initiatives. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential data providers, sourcing high-quality datasets, coordinating with vendors, and building strong skilled relationships with external partners.

This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Fresh graduates who are eager to learn about data sourcing, procurement, and business operations are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and research potential data providers, vendors, and strategic partners.

Source and acquire relevant, high-quality datasets according to business requirements.

Conduct business meetings with data providers, vendors, and other stakeholders.

Build and maintain strong professional relationships with external partners.

Coordinate with vendors to ensure accurate and timely data acquisition.

Negotiate with external stakeholders to support cost-effective sourcing.

Collaborate with internal teams to understand project and business requirements.

Monitor sourcing activities and identify opportunities to improve processes.





Maintain proper documentation and records of vendor interactions and sourcing activities.

Track ongoing requirements and ensure timely follow-ups with vendors and stakeholders.

Mandatory Requirements

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Good negotiation, coordination, and relationship-building abilities.

Ability to identify potential vendors and develop effective sourcing strategies.

Willingness to travel occasionally for business meetings and professional engagements.

Basic understanding of data, operations, or procurement processes is an advantage.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proactive, adaptable, and performance-driven mindset.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
