Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Lead Data Scientist with strong expertise in Azure, Databricks, Machine Learning Engineering, and MLOps. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience deploying and managing machine learning models in production, along with proven technical leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of machine learning solutions.
- Build and manage end-to-end ML pipelines using Azure and Databricks.
- Implement MLOps practices for model training, deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
- Use MLflow for experiment tracking, model versioning, and model management.
- Deploy and manage ML models using AKS and Kubernetes.
- Implement infrastructure automation using Terraform and CI/CD pipelines.
- Develop scripts and automation using Python, Bash, and PowerShell.
- Work on RAG-based solutions and integrate AI/ML capabilities into production systems.
- Manage model deployment, scalability, reliability, and performance.




- Provide technical leadership, mentor team members, and collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and DevOps teams.
- Ensure best practices in model governance, security, and production deployment.

Required Skills

- 7+ years of overall experience in Data Science, ML Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Lead or technical leadership role.
- Strong expertise in Azure and Databricks.
- Hands-on experience with MLOps and MLflow.
- Strong knowledge of AKS, Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD.
- Experience in ML Engineering and production model deployment.
- Proficiency in Python, Bash, and PowerShell.
- Experience with RAG and related AI/ML technologies.
- Knowledge of Azure Red Hat OpenShift (ARO).

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience designing scalable, production-grade ML platforms.
- Robust problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience mentoring engineers and leading technical initiatives.
