About the RoleWe are looking for a passionate and technically strong Data Scientist II to join our growing Data Science team in Ahmedabad.

This role goes beyond building machine learning models. You will take end-to-end ownership of data science solutions, work with large-scale datasets, solve challenging business problems, and contribute directly to AI-driven product innovation.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the complete machine learning lifecycle, from problem identification and feature engineering to model development, deployment, and monitoring.
- Design, develop, and optimize ML models involving classification, regression, ranking, and clustering.
- Work with large-scale datasets to identify patterns, generate insights, and solve real-world business challenges.
- Develop scalable and efficient Python-based ML solutions integrated with production systems.
- Design and analyze A/B tests and experiments to support data-driven business decisions.
- Identify opportunities to automate workflows, improve model performance, and enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and cross-functional teams to build AI-powered solutions.
- Translate complex analytical findings into clear,



actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
- Participate in code reviews, share technical knowledge, and mentor junior team members.
- Contribute innovative ideas to IQM's AI and Data Science roadmap.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Advanced Analytics.
- Strong programming skills in Python, including pandas, NumPy, and scikit-learn.
- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical techniques, and model evaluation.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, data structures, and query optimization.
- Experience in developing, evaluating, and deploying machine learning models.
- Familiarity with visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- B.Tech, MS, Ph.D., or equivalent relevant education in Computer Science, Data Science, or related disciplines.
