We are looking for a highly analytical and business-oriented Data Scientist to transform complex data into actionable insights and intelligent solutions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving real-world business challenges using statistics, machine learning, experimentation, and data-driven thinking.

You will work closely with product, engineering, business, and leadership teams to develop predictive models, generate insights, and support strategic decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities
- Develop predictive models, machine learning solutions, and analytical frameworks
- Perform data cleaning, preprocessing, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis
- Design and execute experiments, A/B tests, and statistical analyses
- Collaborate with business and product teams to understand objectives and translate them into analytical solutions
- Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights effectively
- Deploy and monitor machine learning models in production environments
- Work closely with data engineering teams to improve data quality and accessibility
- Present findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Stay updated on emerging AI, analytics,



and data science methodologies

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field
- 3–7 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or advanced analytics roles
- Strong proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and data analysis libraries
- Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or XGBoost
- Strong understanding of statistics, predictive modeling, and data visualization techniques
- Experience working with structured and unstructured datasets
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Experience with BI and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to translate data insights into business recommendations

Valuable to Have
- Experience working in SaaS, fintech, AI, healthcare, or product-driven companies
- Exposure to NLP, recommendation systems, computer vision, or generative AI
- Familiarity with MLOps workflows and model deployment practices
- Experience with big data technologies such as Spark or Hadoop
- Understanding of experimentation frameworks and customer analytics
