Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and analytical Data Scientist to collect, process, and analyze complex datasets to generate actionable business insights. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of statistics, programming, machine learning, and data visualization to support data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect, clean, and preprocess structured and unstructured data.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
- Develop and evaluate statistical models and machine learning algorithms.
- Build predictive models to support business planning and decision-making.
- Use Python and SQL for data analysis and data manipulation.
- Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings.
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) and feature engineering.
- Evaluate model performance and improve accuracy where appropriate.
- Collaborate with software engineers, business analysts, and other teams.
- Maintain data quality, documentation, and analytical workflows.
- Follow data privacy, security, and responsible AI practices.

Educational Qualifications




- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Relevant academic projects, internships, or practical experience are an advantage.

Required Technical Skills
- Programming: Python or R.
- Data Analysis: Pandas, NumPy, and exploratory data analysis.
- Database: SQL and relational databases.
- Statistics: Probability, statistical testing, and regression analysis.
- Machine Learning: Scikit-learn and fundamental ML algorithms.
- Visualization: Power BI, Tableau, Matplotlib, or Seaborn.
- Data Processing: Data cleaning, transformation, and feature engineering.
- Tools: Jupyter Notebook, Git, and related development tools.
