Our client is seeking an experienced Data Scientist with working knowledge of Generative AI (GenAI) and Large Language Models (LLMs) to develop predictive models, conduct statistical analysis and experimentation, and deliver measurable business value. The role focuses on pricing optimisation, personalised recommendations, customer behaviour analysis, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, validate, and deploy predictive models for pricing, personalised recommendations, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with data and software engineers to deploy ML models and monitor their performance, adoption, and business value.
- Analyse large datasets to identify customer behaviour patterns, booking trends, and anomalies .
- Translate data insights into actionable business recommendations for stakeholders.
- Design and evaluate A/B tests and experiments , considering statistical significance, practical impact, bias, and limitations.
- Evaluate model performance and experiment results, identify evidence gaps and potential risks , and recommend improvements.
- Use AI tools responsibly for research, coding, analysis, testing, documentation, and communication while protecting sensitive information.
- Lead data science projects , manage priorities, and promote secure and effective AI adoption across the team.

Required Skills

- Machine Learning: ML algorithm development, deployment, and recommendation systems.
- Python: Data manipulation, analysis, and model development.
- Statistical Analysis & Experimentation: Hypothesis testing, A/B testing, and statistical significance.
- SQL & Databases: SQL querying, data manipulation,



relational databases, and data warehousing.
- Generative AI & LLMs: Understanding of LLM capabilities, limitations, risks, and responsible AI use.
- AI-Assisted Data Science: Using AI tools across the data science workflow while ensuring accuracy, privacy, and security.
- Business Acumen: Translating data insights and model outputs into customer value and business decisions.

Nice-to-Have-Skills

- Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Experience presenting data insights through reports and dashboards.
- Experience working with customer behaviour, pricing, recommendations, or operational analytics.
