Role Description The Data Science Trainer will design and deliver structured training programs covering core data science concepts, tools, and real-world applications. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing lesson plans and training materials, teaching classroom and lab sessions, guiding learners through projects, and assessing performance through assignments and evaluations. The trainer will collaborate with the training team to keep course content updated with current industry practices and align modules with organizational standards.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Aurangabad,



requiring regular interaction with learners and colleagues to ensure an engaging and effective learning environment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid foundations in Science Education and be able to connect data science concepts to real-world scientific and technical applications.
- Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Mathematics, including statistics, linear algebra, and other quantitative methods relevant to data science.
- Candidates should possess experience as a Qualified Teacher or trainer, with proven Lesson Planning skills for structured, outcomes-focused courses.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with core data science tools and techniques, such as Python or R, data analysis libraries, machine learning fundamentals, and visualization tools.
- Candidates should possess excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex topics in a clear and accessible manner.
- Relevant experience in classroom training, corporate training, or academic instruction in data science or related fields is highly beneficial.
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Candidates should possess strong organizational skills, a learner-focused mindset, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in an on-site environment.
