Data Scientist – Chennai (AI/ML & BFSI Focus)

Role Overview

As a Senior Data Scientist, you will design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions that drive enterprise sales acceleration and business transformation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to solve complex business problems through data-driven decision-making, risk intelligence, personalization, and predictive modeling, with a focus on financial services.

The Person We’re Looking For

- 4–5 years of hands-on experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, and applied AI, preferably in BFSI or similar data-rich industries.
- Strong academic foundation in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- Proficiency in Python and experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Experience developing, evaluating, and deploying machine learning models at scale.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Ability to translate business challenges into practical AI/ML solutions with measurable outcomes.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive mindset, passion for experimentation, and eagerness to explore emerging AI technologies.
- Based in Chennai, with flexibility to travel for client discussions and collaborations.
