Details:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in data curation, master data governance, data quality, or data harmonization.
- MSc/PhD in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related scientific field.
- Robust understanding of chemical/scientific data, metadata, normalization, and unit conversions.
- Experience in data profiling, text clustering, duplicate identification, and data quality assessment.
- Basic Python scripting skills for data analysis and automation.
- Mandatory hands-on experience with LLMs and AI-assisted tools for data analysis, classification, and harmonization.
- Ability to validate AI-generated outputs for scientific accuracy and data consistency.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and documentation skills.
- Familiarity with ELN, LIMS, or R&D; data-management platforms is an advantage.
