We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator (DEO) to enter, update, verify, and maintain data in computer systems and databases. The candidate should have basic computer knowledge, good typing speed, accuracy, and the ability to manage records efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Enter data from source documents into computer systems, databases, and spreadsheets.

- Verify and review data for accuracy, completeness, and errors.

- Update and maintain electronic records and databases.

- Scan, organize, and maintain documents and files.

- Prepare reports and maintain records using MS Excel and MS Word.

- Maintain data confidentiality and follow company policies.

- Complete assigned data entry tasks within the specified deadlines.

- Coordinate with relevant departments to collect and verify information.





- Perform routine administrative and documentation tasks as required.

Educational Qualifications

- Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary or graduation, depending on company requirements.

- Basic computer knowledge is essential.

- Knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel and MS Word, is preferred.
