Job SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Executive to handle purchase, sales, and inventory entries in Logic ERP. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records, updating inventory, and ensuring timely and error-free data entry.

Key Responsibilities

- Enter purchase invoices accurately into Logic ERP.
- Enter sales invoices and update stock accordingly.
- Maintain daily inventory and stock records.
- Update opening stock, purchases, sales, returns, and closing stock.
- Verify item details, quantities, rates, and amounts in invoices.
- Ensure timely entries without errors or duplication.
- Maintain purchase return and sales return records.
- Monitor stock movement and report discrepancies.
- Reconcile system stock with physical stock.
- Coordinate with Accounts, Purchase, Sales, and Warehouse teams.
- Maintain proper filing of invoices and supporting documents.




- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
- Perform other inventory-related data entry tasks assigned by the reporting manager.

Inventory LogicThe candidate should understand basic stock movement: Closing Stock = Opening Stock + Purchases − Sales + Sales Returns − Purchase Returns

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and stock reconciliation.
- Positive typing and data-entry skills.
- Strong numerical and calculation skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to identify errors and discrepancies.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Knowledge of ERP or accounting software is an advantage.

Preferred Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in inventory data entry, purchase and sales entries, stock management, or accounts data entry.
- Experience in footwear, retail, trading, or manufacturing will be an added advantage.
