Job Title: Senior Solution Consultant – Process Intelligence (Celonis)

Experience: 4+ years in an analytical role (e.g., data analysis, process improvement, software deployment), ideally with exposure to customer-facing consulting, sales engineering, or in-house Center of Excellence (CoE) functions.

Required Skills

- Experience with enterprise SaaS platforms (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Cloud ERP)
- Hands-on with RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere) and/or BI platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Ability to design and deliver interactive dashboards, lightweight applications, and automated action flows

Key Responsibilities

- Translate customer business priorities into actionable process intelligence use cases
- Lead value workshops and assessments (e.g., PoCs, Proof of Value initiatives)
- Own the end-to-end customer value journey — from initial landing through adoption, expansion, and renewal
- Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and product teams to tailor solutions to industry-specific challenges
