Job Overview

Zenvora Technologies is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, organizing, analyzing, and interpreting data to support business decisions and improve operational performance.

The candidate should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune. Candidates must be willing to work from the company office. Remote and work-from-home options are not available for this role.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect, clean, organize, and validate data from multiple sources.
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, discrepancies, and business insights.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports using Microsoft Excel and other relevant tools.
- Create and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and performance trackers.
- Use Excel formulas, functions, PivotTables, and data visualization techniques for reporting.
- Maintain accurate databases and ensure data consistency and integrity.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare performance reports.
- Identify data errors and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve discrepancies.
- Support management in decision-making through accurate and timely data analysis.
- Maintain proper documentation and complete assigned tasks within deadlines.
- Handle company data responsibly and maintain confidentiality.

Required Skills and Qualifications





- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas, sorting, filtering, and PivotTables.
- Strong analytical, logical reasoning, and problem-solving abilities.
- Understanding of data cleaning, data validation, and reporting processes.
- Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or Python will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Robust attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to work from the office in Pune.

Experience Requirements Candidates with experience in Data Analysis, MIS Reporting, Reporting Analysis, or related roles are encouraged to apply.

Freshers with relevant educational qualifications, analytical abilities, and basic technical knowledge may also apply, subject to the position's requirements.

Salary and Compensation

- Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹45,000 per month.
- The final salary will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, relevant experience, and performance during the selection process.
