Role Description The Data Analyst role at 4C Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is a full-time, in office position based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

The Data

Analyst will collect, clean, and interpret data from various business and operational processes to generate meaningful insights for internal stakeholders and client projects.

Responsibilities include building and maintaining data models, preparing dashboards and reports, and supporting ISO, process excellence, and business excellence initiatives with evidence-based analysis.



The role involves collaborating with consultants and project teams to identify trends, measure performance indicators, and recommend data-driven improvements.

The Data

Analyst will also document methodologies, ensure data accuracy and integrity, and contribute to continuous improvement of data management practices.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills and demonstrated ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Proficiency in data analytics techniques and tools, with experience applying them to business or operational metrics.
- Solid foundation in statistics, including descriptive and inferential methods relevant to business analysis.
- Experience in data modeling, including designing data structures and building models for reporting and forecasting.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to explain analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with spreadsheets, BI tools, or data visualization platforms (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau) is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Knowledge of quality and process improvement methodologies (e.g., ISO standards, Lean, Six Sigma) is an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively in project teams, manage multiple assignments, and maintain high attention to detail.
