Our client, India’s Leading Energy Solutions Provider is looking for a proactive and customer-focused

D2C Delivery Coordinator to manage and streamline the end-to-end customer fulfilment process. The role requires strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and execution capabilities to ensure a seamless customer experience, operational excellence, and timely delivery of commitments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the customer experience owner from booking through commissioning

, ensuring a smooth and timely customer journey.

- Coordinate customer documentation, payments, financing requirements and other pre-installation formalities.

- Track and coordinate subsidy and net-metering related processes and documentation

- Coordinate order processing, billing, material readiness and last-mile delivery

- Ensure alignment between customers and

Certified Installation Partners (CIPs)

for site readiness and installation scheduling

- Maintain an accurate case tracker

, including key milestones, committed dates, pending actions and customer status

- Track each case against defined SLAs and proactively follow up with relevant stakeholders to prevent delays

- Identify exceptions,



bottlenecks and dependencies and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution

- Keep customers informed regarding progress, requirements, schedules and any changes throughout the delivery journey

- Coordinate across sales, finance, logistics, installation partners and other internal/external stakeholders to enable seamless execution

- Ensure accurate and timely updates in CRM and other operational trackers

- Support resolution of customer escalations related to documentation, payments, delivery or installation coordination

Skills Required

- 2–3 years of relevant experience in customer operations, order fulfilment, logistics coordination, project coordination, installation coordination, customer delivery or sales operations

- Proficiency in CRM and Excel; understanding of logistics, documentation, vendor coordination and SLA management

- Robust coordination, follow-through and problem-solving skills

- Good communication and stakeholder management skills

- Graduate degree (BTech/ BE preferable)

- MBA/PGDM in Operations/Supply Chain is preferred
