- Job Overview

- We are looking for experienced cybersecurity professionals with expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM), Cloud Security, Operational Technology (OT) Security, and Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC). Candidates should have hands-on experience implementing security solutions, managing enterprise risks, protecting IT/OT infrastructure, and ensuring compliance with security standards.

- Required Cybersecurity Skill Sets

- 1. Identity and Access Management (IAM)

- IAM, IGA, SSO, MFA, and Privileged Access Management (PAM).

- Tools: Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, SailPoint, CyberArk, Saviynt.

- Access governance, RBAC, identity lifecycle management, and Zero Trust.

- 1. Cloud Security

- AWS, Microsoft Azure, and GCP security.

- Cloud security architecture, CSPM, encryption, and vulnerability management.

- Tools: Wiz, Prisma Cloud, Microsoft Defender for Cloud, AWS Security Hub.

- 1. OT Security

- Industrial Control Systems (ICS), SCADA,



and PLC security.

- OT network segmentation, industrial threat detection, and incident response.

- Frameworks: IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82, and Purdue Model.

- Tools: Claroty, Nozomi Networks, and Dragos.

- 1. Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC)

- Cybersecurity risk assessments, security audits, and compliance management.

- Frameworks: ISO 27001, NIST CSF, SOC 2, and CIS Controls.

- Third-party risk management, security policies, and control assessments.

- Tools: ServiceNow GRC, Archer, and OneTrust.

- Key Responsibilities

- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise cybersecurity solutions.

- Identify vulnerabilities, assess risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

- Conduct security assessments, compliance audits, and access reviews.

- Support incident response, threat monitoring, and security remediation.

- Collaborate with IT, cloud, infrastructure, and compliance teams.

- Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or a related field.

- 5–12+ years of relevant experience, depending on the role.

- Hands-on experience in at least one of the specified cybersecurity domains.

- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, Security+, CCSP, or domain-specific certifications are preferred.
